The Peer Mentoring program is delivered in Five Steps:
1. Assessment
We will come to your site and spend one day interviewing and observing your teams and employees, then provide a specific plan for addressing your business issues.
2. Customization
We will select components of our program and tailor the solution to your business needs and culture. For example, we adapt training tools to fit your work environment and coordinate everything from your company’s jargon to your business outlook and competitive issues into the training session.
3. Delivery
A fast-paced, one-day training program — built around simple, practical tools of organization and communication — will provide your Peer Mentors with effective, on-the-job training skills and content they can use immediately. See Course Outline for details.
4. Follow-up
After the training, we provide targeted follow-up materials to reinforce the skills and tools developed in the training. The follow-up work doesn’t require us to return to your site unless you want that. It is brief, can be conducted by anyone willing to do it, and has a clear impact on overall success.
5. Measurement
Our team includes a Ph.D.-level researcher who can help you track performance against the business needs established in the assessment phase. We can customize a results-based performance portfolio for your business.

Results
Research conducted before and after Peer Mentoring training shows significant impact on the reported behaviors of those who attended the class. Importantly, the behavior changes remained strong over time.
